Missions and Values
MISSIONS
The general mission of the CePAS is to promote the well-being, mental health, non-formal education and participation of young people in the school environment. To achieve this, it:
- develops, through its Resource Centre, the structures, professions, practices and expertise of the educational and psycho-social staff (psychologists, social workers, graduate educators, educators) of the Psychosocial and Scholastic Assistance Services (SePAS), the Socio-educational Services (SSE) and boarding schools, and ensures the quality of their services by providing an Information and Documentation Centre
- through its Youth and Family Counselling Centre (CCJF), offers psychological and/or psychotherapeutic care on a personal, family, relational and school level, as well as educational and social support to young people aged 12-30
- handles grant applications for pupils at national level to help them stay in school.
