WHO IS IT FOR ?

Young people who have completed primary education,
Adults under the age of 30: those at school, those who have dropped out, and those in transition towards a training path or an educational or professional project.
Parents and guardians, families.
Professionals supervising young people.

Psychological and/or psychotherapeutic support on:
- a personal level (ill-being, feelings of loneliness, anxiety, feeling down, lack of motivation, stress management, etc.)
- a family/relational level (difficult family situation, conflict, breakdown in communication, etc.)
- a group level (development of socio-emotional skills: Komm mol mat, Stress Less)
- an academic level (fear or reluctance to go to school, poor results, stress management, etc.)
- a career counselling level (help with post-baccalaureate decisions)

a social level (support with administrative formalities, finding accommodation, etc.)
an educational level (conflict, dropping out, etc.)
a psychomotor level (body tension, body image problems, handling emotions, etc.)
